Women's Refuge Worms

The Worms women's refuge is a facility for women and children who suffer from violence in close social relationships.

  • Counseling - for all women suffering from violence.
  • Protection and Shelter - for women who no longer want or can stay at home because of threats and violence in close social relationships. You can contact the emergency hotline at any time and and find refuge in the women's shelter with your children.
  • Support - the residents are offered support in their individual way out of violence, depending on your needs.
  • Information - you will be informed about violence in close social relationships on request or during publicity campaigns.
  • Emergency call: Available on weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 06241 / 4 35 91
    Outside these hours, please contact the Worms police on 06241 / 85 20.

Women's Center Worms

Emergency Hotline and Counseling Centre – specialist centre against sexualized violence against women and girls

 

The Worms Women's Centre supports women and girls aged 14 and over who have experienced sexualized violence.
The women and girls decide for themselves what they want to talk about and how they would like to be supported. The counseling service is free and anonymous. The staff are bound to confidentiality.

Helpline

The helpline "violence against women" is a nationwide advice service for women who have experienced or are experiencing violence. Support is available to individuals of all nationalities, with and without disabilities, through the number 116 016 and online counseling – 365 days a year, around the clock. Relatives, friends and professionals can also receive advice anonymously and free of charge.

 


Quint* - specialized counseling for queer people who have experienced violence and their relatives

The specialist counseling for queer people who have experienced violence is offered by profamilia in Mainz. Telephone consultation hours and further information can be found on the website of profamilia.
