Health & Prevention

Active lunch break | Thursdays from 17.10.2024, 12:30–1:00 p.m.
After a short break, we are happy to bring back the much-desired lunchtime exercise program for employees!
The Diversity Office is offering in cooperation with Westendbad Friess offering the health-promoting “moving lunch break”. The offer is designed to promote mobility as well as strength, endurance and well-being among participants. The intensity of the sports units is individually adapted to the requirements and wishes of the participants and the offer can be carried out in comfortable work clothes - without having to shower afterwards. Participation is free. There are 16 places available - first come, first serve. So make sure you register for all dates today. If you can't make it, that's no problem, just cancel.

Healthy studying

Healthy studying in Rhineland-Palatinate is a project of the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research, which offers free events for students. In cooperation, three events will be offered exclusively for students at Worms University of Applied Sciences in the upcoming semester.
