On this page you will find important details on how to prepare for the career fair as well as on the schedule before and on the two days of the fair.
Before the career fair: Matching via the web-based app talentefinder®
Already in the run-up to the two days of the fair, companies on the one hand and students, graduates and pupils on the other hand are connected. All exhibiting companies will receive a link from the Career Center that leads to the event on the online platform talentefinder®, where the company profile and the open job offers can be entered. The various target groups of the fair will also have access to talentefinder® and register there with a profile by providing information about their CV and interests. Companies can look through these profiles and give "Likes" to suitable profiles. When a mutual "Like" is given, i.e. the talent has also given the company a "Like", a "Match" is created, which enables to chat with each other and to arrange an appointment for the university contact fair. Depending on the booked service package, companies can choose between personal appointments on the presence day and virtual appointments on the online day or only digital meetings on the online day.

The presence day
On Thursday, 17.10.2024 the career fair will take place from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the classical presence format on the campus of the University of Applied Sciences Worms:
- Present your company with your fair stand and during a company presentation (depending on the service package).
- Meet committed students, graduates and pupils. Take advantage of the opportunity to make direct contact with interested candidates and exchange ideas in personal conversations. Clarify questions about career opportunities in your company and the further application process.
- Attend the interview appointments arranged beforehand via talentefinder® to get to know some of the applicants in a targeted manner. An interview lounge is available for this purpose, where you can meet with the talents for an undisturbed conversation away from the exhibition stands. Both sides get a first impression of each other and can decide how to proceed.

The online day
On Friday, 18.10.2024 the career fair will take place from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. as an online day in digital format:
- Attend the digital interview appointments arranged beforehand via talentefinder® to get to know a few applicants in a targeted manner. Both sides get a first impression of each other and can decide how to proceed.
- If you have already attended the presence day, the following online day also offers the opportunity to invite students, graduates and pupils for a follow-up discussion or to arrange a further discussion with interesting contacts from the fair stand.
