Usage of talentefinder®

The web-based app talentefinder^® serves as a digital supplement and extension to the university contact fair "Career". The use of talentefinder^® via an own company profile is included in the price of all bookable service packages. Use the online platform to present your companies' career offers in advance, upload open job ads, generate matches with talents and arrange personal interviews for 17.10.2024 and/or digital interviews for 18.10.2024 (depending on the service package).

Process

1. As an exhibitor of the university contact fair, you will receive a link to the event at talentefinder^® from us.
2. You prepare your own, meaningful company profile and enter your vacancies. (Participating companies that have already been involved in another talentefinder^® event should be able to use their account again).
3. The event will be activated on talentefinder^® approximately three weeks before the university contact fair. From then on, students, graduates and pupils can register and also create their own profile.
4. You now have access to the profiles of all registered talents and can browse through them. Use the like function to have a chance to match with talents who are interesting for your company and then chat with them as well as make an appointment for a one-on-one interview (depending on the package for the presence and the online day or exclusively for the online day).

• Within talentefinder^®, the target groups will find an overview of all participating exhibitors as well as their vacancies, the planned programme (company presentations) and the fair stand plan for the presence day. This enables them to obtain information in advance and make more targeted use of the offers on the days of the fair.
• As a company, you also benefit from a more targeted selection of interviews and the opportunity to exchange with interested students, graduates and pupils in advance.
