Options for companies
For participation in the university contact fair "Career", which will take place on 17.10.2024 as a presence day and on 18.10.2024 as an online day, companies can choose between the following packages:

- Premium Plus (Sponsoring)
The University of Applied Sciences Worms offers one exhibitor the possibility of a Premium Plus (Sponsoring) package.

Meeting lounge for one-to-one conversations
Within the exhibition site there is an area which is available for all companies to conduct individual interviews away from the exhibition stands, so that you are able to get to know each other or conduct job interviews undisturbed.
Online appearance and communication measures of the University of Applied Sciences Worms for the career fair
All internal campus communication means and channels are used to draw attention to the university contact fair "Career" and the participating companies.
In addition to the fair website on the homepage of the University of Applied Sciences Worms, the following will be used: electronic boards, social media posts, e-mails to all students, posters and give-aways, notices from the professors in the courses and personal promotional events of the Career Center on campus.
If you provide us with your company logo in good time, it will also be included in the above-mentioned offline and online advertising measures of the university. Among other things, we present all participating companies in the information section for students on the homepage, where your logo is then linked to your homepage or career pages, as desired. Visitors to the fair can thus obtain detailed information about your company even before the fair.
Company presentations
Depending on your service package, you will have the opportunity to present your company and the career opportunities during a 20-minute company presentation. For this purpose, several rooms are available in the immediate surrounding of the exhibition stands on thepresence day; on the online day, we provide virtual presentation rooms via Microsoft Teams. Presentation appointments are allocated according to the order in which registrations are received.
Catering on the day of the fair for your fair team
Your catering on the day of the fair is taken care of. A generous catering offer will be available in a separate room during the whole fair.
Presentation of your company & placement of your job advertisements via talentefinder®
In addition to the measures mentioned in the previous point, the web-based talentefinder® app offers you a further platform for presenting your company in the run-up to the fair. All service packages that can be booked include the use of the app via your own company profile. Here you can provide students, graduates and pupils with information about your company, publish your current vacancies and get in touch with talents. Central information and service point on the day of the fair
For both fair exhibitors and fair visitors, there is a central contact point in the exhibition area for all conceivable questions and requests for help during the entire duration of the career fair.
