Leon Jacob has spent the last nine years as a management consultant, working with companies from startups to large corporations on their HR systems. Since June 2021, as Head of Talent & Leadership Development, he is shaping the development opportunities of all employees at Zur Rose Group – Europe’s largest e-Health company. Already as a consultant and even more so in his current role, Leon follows a product and experience-oriented approach that aims to provide employees with a positive employee experience. He uses methods from Design Thinking and Applied Improvisation, which ultimately lead to better results for the company.
