What do I need this for?
All university members:
- If you have an IT problem at the university, the helpdesk of the computer center by email or the service office of the computer center in room A 104 is the point of contact for (practical) questions about computer use. In general, we recommend that you check our FAQ beforehand to see if there is no solution to your IT problem.
Extended offer for lecturers and employees of a department:
- If you have problems, please first contact the IT and/or Moodle representative in your department. You can usually get help faster there, since special features are only known there.
Which conditions do I have to fullfill?
- You are a properly enrolled student at Worms University or have a service, work, teaching, lecturer or training contract with Worms University.
- You have not found a solution to your university IT problem in the RZ FAQ (link here).
How can I use the offer?
On Site
Via E-Mail
You will make it much easier for us to process your request if you observe the following rules:
- Subject: Problem with the software application (e.g. university account)
- Content: Exact description of your problem with at least the user name used and, if possible, a screenshot
- E-mail sender: If possible, please use the webmailer with your university e-mail address
- E-mail recipient: helpdesk@hs-worms.de
