All courses are suitable for beginners.
Our yoga courses are free for students and employees of Worms University of Applied Sciences.
The following rules apply to the employees of Worms University of Applied Sciences: Full-time employees may record 30 minutes as working time for the course units. Part-time employees are entitled to a proportionate amount (e.g. 15 minutes of working time for a 50% employment level).
The courses take place in the S-building of Worms University of Applied Sciences (Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 48). Mats and equipment are available there.
We do not wear shoes in the yoga room - so please bring warm socks!
Please come in comfortable clothes. Changing rooms are available.
