Conference Fee

The conference fees listed below comprise the attendance of the entire conference program including all beverage and food offerings.

  • The conference fee is 149€ per person
  • Employees of Cooperation Partners pay a reduced conference fee of 99€ per person
  • Alumni of Worms UAS pay a reduced conference fee of 59€ per person
  • Registered students of Hochschule Worms pay a reduced conference fee of 10€ per person

All prices are subject to value added tax (19%).

Registration and Invoicing

Registration is possible until March 24, 2025. Following your registration you will receive a separate invoice by E-Mail.

Cancellation policy

  • Until March 02, 2025: Cancellation free of charge
  • From March 03, 2025 or “no-show”: No refund – the registration can be transferred to another person. In this case, the Aviation Day organizing committee has to be informed before March 31, 2025.

Data protection

The personal data of the participants will be protected, treated confidentially and only used in accordance with data protection rules.

Image, sound and video recording

During the conference, photography / filming of the audience and the speakers will be taking place. The recordings and images will be used for publication for non-commercial purposes in print and online media as well as for the alumni work of the Worms University of Applied Sciences. Please contact the event organizers if you do not wish to be photographed. If you do not object, your consent for the use stated above shall be deemed as given. If you want to withdraw your consent please inform us by email to ccam@hs-worms.de.
