Study Abroad

International Tourism Management (B.A.)

Tourism/Travel Management

The "International Tourism Management" (B.A.) study programme is modular. The individual subjects of each module are coordinated in terms of timing and content (see Curriculum). After these fundamental business management skills are taught, they are made concrete in the tourism-specific subject areas. Moreover, two seminars are electives in the higher semesters of the specific Business Administration oriented studies. You must select one of six of the specific Business Administration courses offered here. The respective elective courses let the students create their own distinct degree profile.

Student can enjoy a wide range options, not least by selecting a partner university for their study abroad in the fifth and sixth semesters, which is associated with in-depth specialization. By choosing to apply to a partner university, you opt for one of the following specialization areas: Hospitality Management (College of Charleston), Cultural Tourism (Universidad de Oviedo), Sustainable Tourism (Universitat de les Illes Balears), Business Management (International College of Management, Sydney) or eTourism (Université d'Avignon).
