The International Center offers an Orientation program for all exchange students, which enables you to integrate rapidly into the campus and social life in Worms. Participation in this event is a mandatory first step in your studies at Hochschule Worms. Please consult our Fact Sheet (provide in our online application MoveOn) for the exact dates!
The Orientation starts with a welcome information session for all exchange students and staff of the International Center, where you will get important information for the following weeks and your studies at Hochschule Worms. Afterwards you will explore the campus.
You will also receive all the necessary information for your final course choice and you get an instruction in our campus management systems LSF and moodle.
Furthermore, you get assistance in administrative concerns such as opening a bank account, matriculation at the university, registration at the city’s foreigner registration office, health insurance, and more.
Excursions
We offer multi-day excursions to Munich, Berlin or other major cities in Germany for exchange students during the winter and summer semesters. For these trips, there is a small additional fee.
Activities
The university offer additional events every semester as well, for example coffee meetings, city trips, scavenger hunts, or other activities.
