Hochschule Worms supports health promotion in the workplace with lectures, measures and collaborations. The Equal Opportunities Office offers various sports activities and prevention measures. Please visit our website regularly to find out about the latest offers.

Tips:
In general, use your breaks correctly! If you sit a lot, you should stand up. If you walk a lot, you should sit down. Regular short breaks ensure that you can concentrate for longer!

Yoga Courses at Hochschule Worms

Yoga offers you a multitude of benefits for your body and mind. It is a great way to reduce stress, build flexibility and strength and develop a deeper awareness of your body.

Hochschule Worms offers free yoga classes to its members. In these classes basic techniques and practices of classical yoga, including breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) and relaxation techniques are taught.

 

  •     The courses are free of charge for all members of the university
  •     The courses are suitable for beginners
  •     Entry possible at any time
  •     Please come in comfortable sportswear if possible

Please register via moodle. When registering, please select the role "Student". A separate registration is required for each course. You will also find all current information such as course days and -times in the moodle course.
