Admission Requirements
Applicants must provide at least the following evidence:
- A degree from a college, university or comparable institution in Computer Science or a similar course of study.
- A degree with a workload of at least 210 ECTS credits
- A contract with a partner company. You can apply for this with one of our existing cooperation partners or bring your "own" cooperation partner.
- If at the time of application a maximum of 30 ECTS are still missing for a successful 210 ECTS degree, these must be made up by the end of the first semester. Applicants with less than the required ECTS points must make up the missing points by taking modules from the Bachelor's programs of the Department of Computer Science.
- Foreign applicants with foreign certificates must provide proof of German language proficiency. Further information can be found here

Lectures start in the summer semester in the second half of March. An early application enables the participation in optionally offered preliminary courses (without attendance obligation), which usually start two weeks before the beginning of lectures. Welcome and introductory events are held the week before lectures begin, and we highly recommend that you attend them.
